Our Story

TOA Waters provides self-care for the bold. Our body washes, bubble baths, liquid bath bombs, and room sprays are organic, vegan, and handcrafted with no nasty chemicals. This is self-care, redefined for body, bath, and home.

Meet our founder, Javier. Always on the move - hiking, swimming, and racing triathlons - my reset was always a long, soothing bubble bath. But the bath aisle told a narrow story: overly floral scents, outdated stereotypes, and formulas filled with harsh chemicals.

In 2020, I launched TOA Waters, named after Cuba’s mightiest river, to change that, creating bold, clean-scented bubble baths that don’t dictate who belongs in the tub. By 2025, TOA Waters expanded into body washes, room sprays, and the world’s first liquid bath bombs. As an LGBTQ+/Latino-owned brand, TOA Waters stands for self-care without limits.
